  1. Hello Everyone! I am excited to read your stories for the month of May! I saw that a few of you took some risks to try and break through the standings which is great to see! Nothing like getting out of your comfort zone to help you grow as a writer. This month's prompt might be a challenge, but I'm sure you will all rise to the occasion. The prompt for June is "Follow My Tears". If you need any additional help with the prompt, I've attached a link to a video that migh tbe able to help. "Follow My Tears" is a poem by Author/Musician David Gunn and the video is him reading the poem. Hopefully it might be able to spark an extra bit of inspiration for you if you need! Good Luck Everyone!

  3. Hello everyone! I’m glad to see that everyone is still submitting stories, and keeping up with the fierce competition! I can’t wait to read all of your stories for April’s prompt. This month’s prompt, once again, comes from judge @Holly Tinsley “A Sword Needs A Name” im excited to see what you all come up with, and I promise April’s scores won’t be as late as March’s! Best of luck!!
  4. Count me in! I’m always searching for a way to scratch my DnD itch!
  5. Hello! I deeply apologize for how long it has taken to get the March scores back,, it has been a hellish past month for the judges. WE are going to try and have the scores posted by the 16th of each month so you all don't have to wait so long to get your scores. This was a really hard month to judge as everyone's stories were neck and neck! And after averaging the scores from all the judges, I think the scores reflect just how difficult we found judging this month! Layla - 14 Points Frog - 14 Points Thomas - 14 Points Karl - 14 points Varsha - 14 Points The total leaderboard through the first three months is: 1. Layla - 46 2.Thomas and Varsha - 44 Points 3. Frog - 42 Points 4. Karl - 38 Points Well done everyone! And again, I apologize for my tardiness for the scores!
  6. Happy April Everyone! I apologize that this prompt wasn't posted on the 1st, hopefully this isn't too much of a delay. 14. Hey everyone, I decided to start the writer’s battle with a visual prompt! I decided to use the painting “Jotun” by Adam Burke. You’re free to interpret it however you like and use it to craft your stories! I wish you all the best of luck, and feel free to post your responses below or attach it to your comment in a DOC file. Best of luck this month!!
  15. Should we aim for the battle to commence on January 1st 2023? I can start coming up with prompts if that works for everyone!!
