Brother Red Discussion with author Adrian Selby

Recommended Posts

Confirmed with Adrian Selby that we'll be discussing Brother Red on December 28th. Since he's in the UK it will be afternoon/evening his time and mid-day or so US time. Please RSVP if you'd like to join us on stream. Brother Red is a stand alone, so no worries about a long term commitment or having to read something before.

It's an author I've wanted to try for a long time... I won't RSVP yet because the holidays are crazy and I don't have all of the dates yet but I'll keep it in mind!

Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

I'm really enjoying this book and I look forward to discussing it.  🙂📚

I’m about halfway through. When I started this one it was like wearing an old comfortable hoodie. Adrian has a way of building characters and world without you noticing he’s doing it. His action scenes are stellar

I agree.  I got into it right away. He has a comforting way of worldbuilding and characterization all at once.  By comforting I mean he makes the world seem familiar even though it is new to me.

About 60 % in now. It's taken me a while to get into the groove of this one, not really sure why yet, but looking forward to seeing what happens now.

The dialogue took me a little bit to get into, or at the end of dialogue it explains who said it "Mun this is" or similar
