Haven't met most of them in ages because we have been too busy lately. People are starting to become more social now that things are settling down, it's been really nice seeing people in person on a regular basis 28 minutes ago, Holly Tinsley said: We play online through the Roll20 platform and use Discord. We've got no local players to us either. Our current party has 2 people in Belgium, one in Finland, one in the US and two in the UK 😁 Oh nice! 1 Paromita Mukherjee reacted to this Quote Steve IRL ► Personal Links: YouTube (booktube) ● OTBSteve YouTube (MTB and cycling) ● Strava ● Last.fm ● GoodReads ● Vero ◄

Paromita Mukherjee 1,662 Posted April 14 My plans for this weekend: Reread Hild by Nicola Griffith in preparation for reading the eARC of the sequel Menewood. Try to tune in to some livestreams on BookTube. Try to find a fantasy series I will love and not DNF (the search is not going well at all).
Amazing Worlds 387 Posted April 14 The usual for me. Take the kids swimming, tennis and athletics competitions. Try to train myself for the next half marathon in a month´s time. Try to read, all of a sudden indie authors are emailing me their books for review, which is flattering but confusing, I don´t know what to make of it. Also getting into the headspace of going back to work after the Easter holidays. Oh, and tune in for the Howling Dark live chat on Sunday! @Paromita MukherjeeI feel you, my problem is that I cannot DNF stuff... 2 Paromita Mukherjee and Erin reacted to this
Thomas 415 Posted April 14 Summer came fast here, so drinking a few beers and trying to keep cool. Work on some writing. Tomorrow got an appointment to look at a house, first one since the bank approval, and there aren't many around within my budget, so hoping for the best. 3 Varsha, Erin and Paromita Mukherjee reacted to this

Jemisin? or Outlander (It gets pretty good after the third book and is nothing like the series) I have read The Fifth Season and didn't like it so didn't continue with the series. I haven't tried The Outlander yet, the 9 books intimidate me. My limit is usually trilogy or quartet except ASOIAF, Earthsea and Harry Potter. 😄 Currently, I made the mistake of clicking on one Dunk and Egg show video and now YouTube has flooded my feed with ASOIAF theory videos. And I have fallen down the rabbit hole. Very very tempted to reread ASOIAF...🤭 2 Susana Imaginário and Erin reacted to this
